Sprout is a Canadian start-up that provides companies with an online platform where employees set personal goals, track activities, join events, challenge others, and find groups with similar interests. The end result is that companies that use Sprout have healthier, happier, and more productive employees, boosting the bottom line while doing a little bit of good in the world. At Catalyst, we believe strongly in the positive power of the Sprout system, and we pushed hard to communicate this passion and enthusiasm in every aspect of the design. Of course the site also had to be fully responsive, accessible, and tie in with Sprout's existing visual communication materials, while elevating the brand to the next level.
